Refund Policy
Orders are refundable in extreme situations. Insurance is purchased on EVERY item. Once an order is passed off to the USPS it is no longer my responsibility. I take precautions to make sure orders will be delivered safely and if it is lost or damaged, please contact me so we can fulfill your order in another way.
Shipping Policy
Orders are sent out in the order they are received. Unless otherwise notified, once an order is complete, shipping can take 1-3 days. Custom orders are completed in the order they are received. Depending on volume of custom orders, they can take a week up to a month. It is very rare it will take a month and may only happen with an influx of custom orders. Custom orders may be closed once this occurs in order to catch up.
